Created by Transparency International EU, the Integrity Watch: Red Flags project "provides a unique overview of public procurement co-funded by the EU or by national budgets." It "draws attention to potential risks of mismanagement, fraud and corruption at the beginning and at the end of a procurement process." The tool automatically checks government procurement documents from the daily tenders and filters risky procurements through a special algorithm and flags potentially risky procurement tenders to human reviewers. Users can subscribe to receive alerts, either generally or in their special field of interest.
