David Lemayian is an information and communication technology (ICT) expert who specializes in supporting research institutions, nonprofits, governments, and companies to shape their digital strategies and architect and build secure data-driven tools for citizen engagement, process optimization, and analysis. He works closely with project managers and executive directors to inject product, data science, and software engineering insights into decision-making around tools, technologies, and people, and help build early prototypes of ideas.
